Shipping
Q: What happens after I place my order?
A: You will be sent a confirmation of your order and your receipt. It will detail price and what you ordered if there are any discrepancies please email info@moovculture.com immediately and we will change it for you. If you did not receive an email confirmation; then maybe the email address entered is incorrect. Please email the above email also so we can assist with your order.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders shipping via UPS Domestic Ground will process within 2 business days (all days except Saturday, Sunday and major holidays) if received before 7:00am MST (GMT-7). Orders shipping via UPS Air service will process same business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays) when received before 10:00am MST (GMT-7). If received after 10:00am MST (GMT-7), order shipping via air service will process the following business day. All UPS/ USPS and FedEx packages are delivered on business days only.
Gift Vouchers & Promotion Codes
Q: What is an offer code?
A: This is a code that you will find on a gift voucher or a promotional item. It will be entered when you reach the payment stage of your purchase and the relevant discount or reduction will automatically appear. If it doesn't please email info@moovculture.com and we will remedy this as soon as we possibly can.
Q: What are my gift options?
A: If you want to personalise your purchase choose our gift card option. A card will be sent in our and finished with a ribbon for an additional USD$5 (just add your own text and we will write it for you). Or you can opt for gift-wrapping to be included with your gift for an additional USD$10. White gloss wrap finished with a gold ribbon.
Sizing & Fitting Instructions
Q: Should I wear socks or stockings?
A: MoovBoots® are designed to be worn barefoot to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin. You can wear MoovBoot's with socks or stockings but we recommend you choose a product made from natural fibers as opposed to synthetic.
Q: What size MoovBoot should I choose?
A: We recommend printing out the MoovBoot® foot size chart below. Insure you print at 100% to scale, do not fit to page. To double check you have printed the chart out correctly use a ruler and reference to the length measurements indicated on the chart. If you are a half size, have wide feet or a high instep please moov up a size.

Q: I have slightly larger calves; will the Tall MoovBoot fit?
MoovBoots® are a slim fit so if you have wider calves than normal; opt for the mid calf option. Please check size circumferences below to be on the safe side when ordering.

Q: Should my MoovBoots be Snug when I first wear them?
A: Your MoovBoots® should be snug, but not uncomfortable. MoovBoots® will give a bit as they mold to your feet after being worn a few times. If you are unsure wear them for a period of time inside on a soft surface such as carpet to see if the stretch.
Currency & Payment
Q: What methods of payment does Moov Cultureª accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard. All money transactions are made in US dollars.
Q: In what currency are the prices on the website?

Q: Do you charge for Visa, American Express or MasterCard?
A: For Visa and MasterCard there is NO charge. We do not accept American Express.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online at Moov Culture?
A: At Moov Culture, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your credit card information through our systems. However we do not check that the billing address you provide matches the address on your credit card company as we do not hold this information. All fraudulent misuse of a credit card will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Q: Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
A: All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account; once we have received the boots.
Wear & Care
Q: How do I clean my MoovBoots®?
A: Unless otherwise indicated all MoovBoots® can be externally cleaned using traditional cleaning methods. Please do not use chemicals to wash the external rubber, we recommend using cold to warm water only.

Q: What is the best way to look after my innersoles?
A: Always take out your innersoles after a day of walking. They are removable, so take them out and let them naturally air in a warm and dry environment.
Q: Can I wash the wool?
A: Please remember that Australian Merino is a natural product. Each skin is unique and doesn't take to cleaning chemicals or machine-washing well. Please just dry them out and keep them in an indoor environment.

Q: How do I contact Moov Culture?
A: Moov Culture is an Australian Company; but we ship your goods from the USA. The only way to contact us is email to info@moovculture.com due to the time difference in EST. We will respond to all enquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business hours only.
Order Status
Q: Can I change my order?
A: You can change your order if you email us within the timeframe of your goods being shipped. If the goods have already been shipped then you will have to wait for the goods to arrive and make the exchange with the usual exchange terms provided. Please email info@moovculture immediately to insure a quick response.
Q: Do I need to sign for my order?
A: Due to the high value of our goods, we prefer proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to guarantee packages which are to be delivered without a signature.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view your order by signing in and retrieving your order status.
