Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Returns are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the dispatch of boots date. Shoes must be free of any wear and tear and must be in the original state as purchased. Noticeably worn shoes will be returned to the customer. All returned boots must include boot boxes (where applicable) and should be in the condition that they were sent. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive them for your return to be processed.

The Customer must pay for the shipping cost back to Moov Culture if it is a return. To return items please fill out the attached returns/exchange form and place it inside your package when returning. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, Federal Express or another applicable shipping service in your country. Moov Culture Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit and will not be held liable.

Returns based on a change of mind or any other reason, will be credited the purchase amount less 10% processing fee upon receiving the boots by Moov Culture® Pty Ltd. Any visible wear and tear to the returned boots will be charged to the customer for the amount of the purchase price.

Returns for a genuine flaw of the product will only be made on a case by case basis which will be reviewed by a member of Moov Culture® Pty Ltd. Please email info@moovculture.com with your issue and it will be resolved promptly. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days to process your return. All exchanges of boots are subject to availability and size.

Exchange Policy

The Customer must pay for the shipping cost back to Moov Culture if it is a return. All items being exchanged require the Returns/Exchange Form filled out and placed inside your package for returning.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

The Customer must pay for the initial shipping cost back to Moov Culture. Moov Culture then provides ONE FREE exchange within the USA back to you. This is ground service only. Any subsequent exchanges may incur additional shpping costs depending on the destination.

United States Exchanges

One FREE exchange is allowed for items of a different size. All other exchanges are charged a return shipping fee. The Customer is required to pay for the shipping cost to return the exchanged item back to Moov Culture. Moov Culture then provides ONE FREE exchange within the USA back to you for changes in size only. This is a ground service only. To exchange items please fill out the return form and place it inside your package before returning. Any subsequent exchanges may incur additional shipping costs.

International Exchanges

Shipping costs for exchanged items is paid by the customer. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Please choose carefully when deciding on the size and style of the boots.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
