Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply.
USA Shipping
UPS Ground, within 1-5 business days - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 full business days (after dispatch) depending on where you are shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 3-Day Air - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 3-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days (after dispatch) when placed by 10:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2-Day Air - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days (after dispatch) when placed by 10:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS Overnight - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day (after dispatch) when placed by 10:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Alaska or Hawaii - USPS Priority - Items will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days (after dispatch) when placed by 10:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
PO BOXES: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes via the internet as we require a signature upon delivery of goods.

International Shipping
We can ship to most countries via USPS International delivery (please check country list to see if you country is featured). Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 8 – 25 business days depending on the country of destination. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
Delivery to International address may require the consignee to pay additional fees that include duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. You may check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. Fees will be paid to the courier. Sometimes goods that are a GIFT may not incur additional taxes but check with your local agency for details.
Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Moov Culture Pty Ltd. Each delivery has its own unique tracking number that can be traced by the customer.
Upon shipment, Moov Culture will send you via email your airway bill number and the link to your parcel. For remote areas please allow an additional 2 days. Delays due to customs issues are out of Moov Culture’s control.
Important Shipping Information
1/ We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
2/ Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
After your order has been placed online you will receive a confirmation copy via email. The confirmation copy will contain all the item/s you have purchased plus the delivery address and delivery method you have selected. Please check your confirmation order to confirm that you have selected the correct sizes and colours and that the delivery details are correct.
If you don't receive a confirmation copy of your order, it means you may have received it in your junk mailbox or you may have entered an invalid email address. If you have entered an invalid email address you will need to contact MoovCulture® Pty Ltd at info@moovculture.com with the correct email address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email that includes your unique airway bill number and the link for you to track your parcel.
MoovCulture® is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged to you as the receiver.
A receipt of your payment for your purchase is sent via email only.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. All returned boots including boxes should be in the condition that they were sent in.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive them for your return to be processed. Please keep in mind all return requests (exchange/refund) will be processed as received. We cannot make any changes to the return or action requested upon receipt.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Moov Culture Pty LTd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please note that International Returns and Exchanges are not paid for Moov Culture, and all shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

Exchanges
It's free to exchange items for a different size. If you are based inside the USA, our ground shipping back to you is free for one exchange only. You must pay for the shipping back to us. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Moov Culture Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If you are outside the USA then shipping the boots back is up to the customer. Please be aware that you will need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties if applicable.
Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Our Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date. Shoes must be free of any wear and tear. Worn shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges within the USA will be shipped back via ground delivery at no charge to the customer for the first exchange.

Boots
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase all consideration for replacement will be on a case by case basis. As footwear is used in many different ways all faults must be viewed in response to the usage of the boots. The boots are not designed for extreme trekking or wear. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of extreme wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
